My guess is early - mid fifties, the Austin Atlantic started production in 1949. They were very susceptible to rust, making them rare by the late fifties.
the car in the photo belonged to my dad,the 2 people in the photo are my mum & nan,the photo is from about 58/59.In the houses across lived Mrs Mitchell[next to shop],Mrs Cahill & Trevor Williams & the house not shown was Bill Smith.
We used to buy sweets from the little shop across the road, nice to see this photo!
If you look closely, behind the 3rd lamppost on the left, you can see that the Co-op boom is swung out: the arm protruded from the building which sported a hoist so that goods could be lifted from unloading trucks directly to first floor storage area. (Just like the historic narrow houses in Amsterdam.)
