“For you Ince Centrallers out there... thanks to my mum(!) and her incessant ability to horde stuff; here's a photo that might just bring back some memories. We're on a Canal trip on the Leeds-Liverpool in 1975!
As I recall names are left to right: Tall girl (sporting a nifty Bay City Rollers Sweater) Donna Titler, next Wendy Green (toasting with Cola), Janet Preston (looking angelic at the front), Pauline Walls squishing in from the left, Me (Carol with an interesting shelf for a chest and I've filled out in all directions since then! Ohhh check out that fringe!) then errr..sorry memory fails me, then Jacqueline Melling (with her priorities right; cheers Jacqueline), Susan Chesworth (eating an apple), Julie McDonald (the only one looking normal I might add!) and Ann something or other (sorry Ann) although I do remember she didn't like peanuts on the school trip to the zoo...and neither did the coach driver afterwards...! Come on you guys I know you have some pictures stashed away somewhere...”

Hi Carol, I was also in this class or... I may have left for Whelley Middle by the time of this photo?. Yes that's right... I'm your old friend Julie Fish.
It was Anne Heaton the name you couldn't remember. Is that Jane Stirrup with the curly hair behind Donna and next to Wendy?
