Walking day at Bryn from the 1970's, the filling station was Smiths garage and you can just see Joe Penningtons shop. The late night chemist is built on the garage site now.

I loved walking day a posh frock and new shoes,then couldn't wait to see the photos in Sam Green's window at Bryn Cross on my way home from school.

Phil just put a picture of myself in the walking day looks like it was took from the same angle as yours tells me my dad and your dad must of been outside the Brit then back inside lol
