Either this guy is a good painter or this is a post card.

Well Ray, this photo has caused some controvesey,
so far I have been called a trainspotting geek with a multiple personality disorder, Roger wants me to go fishing, and Archie wants to chin somebody.

Frank Healy's younger wiser brother. Your kid sounds a bit of a rum card.

Entrance to Old Tommy Hurst's farm is just out of site on left,
Castle Hill Grave yard wall is on right,
"does that shed any more light on the location?"

I spotted where it is straight away! Mind you, I did live round the corner for the first 20 years of my life in Danes Avenue and must have walked up and down there dozens of times. I still do, only living now a short distance awawy.

excellent technique, and use of light and shade, what medium did you use?

The artist is my brother. This painting has been on my living room wall since it was painted some 30+ yrs ago. One of very many brilliant paintings of local scenes, that ray loves to paint.
