John Bamber on the right and myself (Bob Toms) on the left. This photo was taken around 1979/80 after testing the ripper at Seaman Works. The Ripper was made at the Special Products Dept.,this was located at Bulldog tools at the time this photo was taken but eventually moved to Dobson Park Industrial Estate

John Bamber went to work on the railways as a signalman after finishing at gullicks,las thing i heard was that he was in the signal box at blackrod
