It's not often I side with Mick but to be fair I don't think this was meant to be advertising the gym....the man was just standing in front of it, and HE is the subject of the photo, not the building.

There are plenty photos on here with names and logos,pubs,Wigan town centre etc.I cannot see the problem with this photo.
