He could have been Simon Templar when he was in the Saint he used to be always leaving little marks like that.

I see a head and shoulders . Head resting to one side on a block of stone, looking downwards. ( He could be smoking a pipe!)

I can see a cracked wall, which probably means I need new specs!

I see your fox Philip . I wrote a long piece about Natureís hand but thought best not .
I remember on a walking holiday in Cornwall
being shown a symbol above a doorway .
I was informed , its origin went right back to to very core of our history. As my friends walked away , I remember pausing , in a moment of thought and reflection, at this carving above the arched doorway . itís significance, itís meaning ..
We had a lovely lunch anyways .
Better a still thought cast..even if , it may be , only yours ,,

You'd certainly been to the right place for mystical signs Mac, but it's a pity that your chums hadn't enjoyed the same relish as that enjoyed by yourself at the doorway - The power of the timber, the power of the timber!

Ron, excuse me asking but curiosity has got the better of me so I just have to ask. Why do you carry a Handcuff Key around? Is it just a precaution in case you inadvertently find yourself being arrested?
