Colour, and it comes to life.

Very nice.-but my ancient brain still prefers monochrome for nostalgic pics!

Beautiful.....but I still prefer yesterday's.

Don`t like this, Dave, perhaps it would be better in monochrome!

I was riding my bike past there yesterday afternoon so its a bit run of the mill photo for me.

They are both really good pictures. They are not just record shots, but are each a work of art. Thank you so much for them.

I prefer the monochrome too. That's a lovely willow tree on the side

This is a really beautiful photo and as usual Dave produces the best. However, it would seem that if it is in colour then it should be in monochrome, if it is in monochrome it should be in colour. My God, can't you people just appreciate something for what it is, instead of completely focusing on all things negative. Be thankful that people like Dave post photos like this for our enjoyment, this really is a fabulous photo, why can't you negative morons see this?

I am not a negative moron, Syd; I said the colour photo was lovely, and the black-and-white too. I expect Dave posted both so that we could see the difference and I imagine he expected people to express a preference, which they have done, but almost all have said they like both, but prefer one over the other.
