Now that looks like a town people would visit, especially if there was/is industrial heritage too.

One of the few corners of Wigan that never changes much.
How clever of you Andrew to find a view of Wigan that has remained almost the same for decades.
Years ago all the buildings would have been as grimy as the stonework at the side of the steps.
When was it all cleaned up?

For what it's worth, I prefer Dave's mono version!
The building looks nice from the outside but its run down inside.
I went in a couple of years ago to pick up my visitors passes for a Big Ben clock tower visit from my MP.
