New Build
A new building being built at Wigan Pier Quarter. Anyone know what it's going to be? I was told a hotel, but the '80% now sold' sign makes it look like another apartment building.
It didn't take long to construct this, it was delivered flat pack and was assembled on site.

Wonder how long that will be standing, I wouldn't have one of todays 'new builds' free .They are so flimsy.

these are apartments, the hotel plan is on hold until they get a chain to commit.

They Obviously bought if from ikea didnt they. And How come its 80% sold if they havnt even finished building it yet
