Woman pulled from her car and threatened
Tuesday 25th June, 2013

A Wigan woman was pulled out of a car and threatened for her watch by masked men.

At about 11.50pm on Friday 21 June 2013, the victim had gotten into the car after leaving an address on Woodcock Drive, Platt Bridge.

Masked men opened the door, pulled the woman out and made demands for the watch. The victim managed to throw the watch back into the car.

The offenders kicked and punched her before running off empty handed.

Detective Chief Inspector Howard Millington said: "The victim has been left terrified by what happened.

"While we have been making thorough enquiries, we would urge any witnesses, or anyone with any information to call us and help our investigation."

Anyone with any information is asked to call police on 0161 856 7225 or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
