|Local housebuilder achieves national recognition

North West housebuilders, Barratt Manchester and David Wilson Homes North West have achieved the maximum 5 star housebuilder rating in an annual customer satisfaction survey, run by the Home Builders Federation (HBF). This is the fourth consecutive year David Wilson Homes North West has achieved the 5 star rating.
The independent UK-wide survey, completed by 29,000 UK homebuyers during October 2011 to September 2012, revealed that over 90 per cent of all respondents would recommend Barratt Manchester and David Wilson Homes North West.

"The results are a testament to the efforts made by our industry to deliver products and services that consumers are happy with, despite the difficult business environment."
Location, location, location
David Wilson Homes currently operates 23 sites across the North West, including six developments at the stunning flagship Chapelford Village in Warrington, the exclusive Aspire development at Buckshaw Village Chorley and Hawley Gardens in Thornton Cleveleys, which has been Highly Commended by Wyre Council in its Building Excellence Awards 2012.
