This new store is set to create 15 new jobs and will be an exciting new addition to the centre’s store portfolio, joining the likes of other popular fashion retailers.

Jose Sanchez, Area Manager of Republic comments ‘‘We are very excited to be opening a new Republic store in Wigan this month. We hope to establish a reputation in the region as the destination for great branded fashion at even greater value”

The 4364 sq ft Republic store will showcase the best fashion brands on the high street including own brands Soul Cal, Miso, Crafted, Jessica’s Attic and Fabric alongside brand partners such as Firetrap, Fenchurch, Diesel, G-Star and Bench. Republic’s unique model offers a selection of the season’s hottest looks on the high street enabling customers to create their own unique and distinctive style.

Designed in Republic’s ‘industrial chic’ style, the store will feature recycled architecture superimposed with an eclectic mix of finishes to give different areas of personality to the store.

This dynamic retailer prides itself on its extensive fashion ranges, high quality products at unbeatable prices, friendly and knowledgeable retail teams and lively and welcoming in store environment. Customers will be able to take advantage of a number of exclusive styles, opening offers and special promotions.

John Sanson, General Manager at Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, comments: “Republic is a great addition to the tenant line up in the centre and we are looking forward to the opening and bringing a new retail name to the town of Wigan. As landlords we were instrumental in carrying out the enabling works to knock two units in to one, giving Republic the retail footprint it requires. The store fit is up to date and I am sure will surprise the shoppers when they see it."
