Appley Bridge based Training and Development Provider Utilise TDS has committed to increasing the skills of its employees through training by signing up to the Learning and Skills Council ‘Skills Pledge’ and recently celebrated by awarding those staff that have completed training programmes with a ceremony at Wrightington Country Club.
Steve Mather, Operations Director of Utilise is pleased to be joining hundreds of other companies by signing the Pledge. “Being a training company ourselves, we understand the importance of developing and retaining our staff. We are delighted so many of our team have taken the opportunity to enhance their skills and qualifications.”
The Skills Pledge, founded in 2007, was created by the Learning and Skills Council to strengthen the UK work force and help businesses to maximise their potential through training their staff for qualifications relevant to their industry.
