Modus Properties have lodged a Planning Application with Wigan Council for their 350,000 sq ft Grand Arcade Shopping Centre in Wigan Town Centre, which will be anchored by 'Britains Favourite Department Store' - Debenhams. The £55 million investment by the Manchester based developers will feature a brand new, full range Debenhams Department Store with a trading area of 70,000 sq ft on two levels, along with six other major new stores and 24 new shop units.
