Fred visits Astley Green Colliery Museum.

The museum is located on the edge of Chat Moss in the village of Astley, Lancashire and occupies around 15 acres. To the south is the Bridgewater Canal and Astley Moss, an important mossland site. The 100ft high lattice steel headgear can be seen for many miles, a fitting memorial to days now past.
