my sister is getting up to 600 spam e-mails per day in her inbox and it takes her ages to get shut of it. She is 72 years old and like me doesn't know much about the computer.

How can she stop it ? Please help someone.

You don't say what she uses to read her email? Does she use Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. or does she retrieve it through Outlook Express or another mail program?
