Keogh Solicitors opened its doors this week. Situated at 1st Floor 7-9 Mesnes St (above William Hill), the firm specialises in Criminal Defence work and regulatory crime.

Hope I never need a criminal lawyer OR a solicitor come to that  _________________ The young are often ready to give to those older the benefit of their inexperience.

Quick question.
If I were to have x amount in savings, but then was accused and found guilty of a crime (for example, assault, criminal damage), would any money I have be seized if I were to be jailed, and even if the money was not obtained due to the crime (ie proceeds of crime act)? |
