Hi
I have a three in one printer so can Ccopy, print and scan.
I wanted to scan my friends CV and put it on a floppy, but I couldn't.
I could copy to a disc as a photo of the CV, but then I wanted a word document, and not a jpeg.
What software do I need for my Microsoft Word ? Is there an update ?

Biscuit,

when you scan a document it has no idea about words or even how to recognise them, it just scans the document and creates a graphical image.

Take a look and see in your all in one comes with any OCR (Optical Character Recognition) type software, or check their website. You'll need some kind of OCR software that will try and recognise all the characters.

Sorry that I can't be of more help but hopefully this will get you started.
