MS TechNet has rolled up the entire set of Sysinternals Utilities into a single Suite of tools. This file contains all the individual tools & help files.

There are many tools like:
RootkitRevealer
Process Monitor
Background system info wallpaper
Autoruns
Disk monitor
File monitor
Reg monitor
and many more things you could need for fauly diagnosis.
