So much broken glass that one has to get off the bike and push it, also a shadow of a dark destroyer next to the canal at Britannia bridge

I can't understand the mentality of folks who carry their rubbish a lot further to dump it rather than to use the refuse bin just outside their home - some crazy folks out there.

Though looking at the contents of that rubbish it seems they're having a diet of pies, cigs and lots of cheap lager, so they'll probably not be around for much longer.

The footpath runs from opposite the care home on Montrose ave to Heyford road, these council house people are so lucky to have this green space on there doorsteps, but just look what some of do with it.
I was surprised to see two you girls taking a group of kinder garden kids for a walk down there.

Mick, on your first photo have a look at the bottom right hand corner, is that a fiver that can be seen - obviously not as it's a piece of magazine, though with a quick glance it looks like the queens head on a note. Laughing

After the farm on Thorburn Lane was demolished and the council landscaped the fields it was known as Rosehill Park, it doesn't seem to be called that anymore.

According to an aunt who lives locally it'll soon be back to being littered again after being cleared, this has happened at other times it's been cleared, last December two local men were fined and given community orders for dumping bin bags of rubbish on those fields, it obviously hasn't given the fly tippers to have second thoughts on dumping their mess.

That is 'fly tipping' so it might not have been the yocals who have dumped it there ....
