Hello Momac, personal experience like that does make it very special.

Opera's never really grabbed me - from what I've seen on TV - though last weekend I was captivated by a performance of The Flower Duet on The Voice UK.

I suspect some might consider me a Philistine, but as Heritage Opera's The Barber of Seville is an English translation I think I'd be more likely to appreciate it. It looks to be quite humourous & fun.
