Hello all,had a very lazy morning doing crosswords..and cleaned Windows.

I had my Shingles jab last month Ray,it's a very painful thing to suffer with
as you will know..it's a neuralgic pain which I've had my share of, and pity
anyone that gets it..it's just not worth refusing it...but.
