Just back from our afternoon walk, my God it was ‘taters’ LOL

Mo, your soup is absolutely delish, I love it.
For the record, I used green lentils.
Unfortunately since making my last batch, they have gone past their use by date, so I will have to buy some more.
I may try red lentils next time just to compare them.
I forgot that it was Hindley History Society tonight, your soup is fantastic, but has an unfortunate side effect later on LOL
