Ecmdj, sorry your not getting better cared for. our surgery has a system of telephone appointments that run after morning surgery. I'd never come across it before we moved here, but it's great for when you need to speak to the doc, but not necessarily see him. test results are a good case in point. If they write a prescription, they send it to the in house pharmacy and you can collect it that day.
