PFA chief executive gordon taylor said " they deliberated for a long time so it means they must have had compelling evidence"
I disagree. Compelling evidence would make for an open and shut case. Lengthy deliberations would suggest difficulty in reaching an agreement about whether the evidence was sufficient to prove or disprove guilt.
