An incident can be,as with debated try's be shown in normal speed as well,I didnt see the Tomkins "attack" in real time,only in slo-mo,but the Westwood incident......need I say anything more than were does the shoulder start

The vid ref is "modern technology" a lot of folk keep saying it should be in football,and then gods game,or should I say "GOD" himself didnt take advantage of it at the time,so why dont they use it
