Would be a sad day if Leigh went to the wall, remember the times we biked from Pem to Leigh in the 50s 20,000 crowds. also the semi final of the rlcc at Swinton, when Mick Sullivan scored the only points of the match. Mick Martyn, Stan Owen, Bill Robinson, Walt Tabern and a Wiganer Martin Dickins captained Leigh that day, were some of the Leigh players. Lets hope they overcome their problems.
