Clearly he is suffering from a raging O C D .

O C D is a mental disorder in which people have repeated thoughts ,feelings ,sensations -obsessions-, and behaviors .

It drives them to do things over and over again- compulsions-,repetitive and ritualised .

Remind you of anyone ?.
