Hi Krystal. I used to operate from Leigh Town Hall leading citizenship workshops for primary pupils and can tell you that there are photographs of all the mayors from way back when. You can just walk into the Town Hall as it is a public building, just ask the security persom on duty if they can take you up stairs to look at the roll of honour of the Wigan Mayors.
