What happen to the promise of a Civic Theatre?

What happen to the promise of a Pub/Restaurant?

What happen to the promise of a Hotel?

What happen to the promise of a Centre of Culture in the 'Way We Where' building?


And lets not forget what happen to the Orwell as a result of the complex closing down.

Like I said, all promise and no action just like many of the promised road systems!
