Sorry to put a dampener on things, but I don't think the museum is to be re-opened - I'd be pleased to be proved wrong though.

The building which housed the Museum is no longer managed by WLCT.
A Planning Application (Reference: A/08/71894) for the change of its use from D2 (Leisure) to B1 (Offices) was Approved with Conditions in October, 2008.

At least the building seems to be being restored.
