Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Bluebell is not what it once was, hardly anyone goes in these days that's why it only opens at teatime, I can only ever remember the bell sign outside I must have been to young to witness the flower sign whups is talking about, I tried look it up but been unsuccessful as yet.
