Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Would like to know the year the Old Baths were built and any details, particularly of the private baths and how many there were. Old planning applications were often destroyed for space saving. Did Wigan Council do copying saving on microfiche or whatever? Who best to contact?
