HI Golden Bear & Dodger
I've just checked with a friend of ours who has confirmed that Pemberton Masonic Hall was actually built in 1972 and extended in 1974. Apparently prior to this there was a blacksmiths and also England's butchers slaughterhouse on the site.
We knew it was at least 30 years old but couldn't recall exactly how old until our friend informed us. How time flies!
