Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

A friend of mine went to Chorley last Tuesday. He said the market was brilliant, the shops many and varied and it was £1 to park for three hours. People are finding alternatives to Wigan and when Wigan Council see sense and reduce the parking rates they will discover the meaning of those two sad words...."Too late".
