Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I'm not going to know the place next time I come home!

If those daft buffers in the planning department had left well alone for 25 years, Wigan would be a much nicer place, and they would have saved millions that could have been used for conservation of the beautiful old buildings.
