The way to do it is, first become a Wigan councillor and get rich quick. Second,become a member of parliament and get richer quicker.You are correct it is the best career on gods earth ,you do not need one qualification,or to be bright, just wipe the backsides of the slackers and the benefit fiddlers,and smile at the foriegners,and you have got it made, and I know what I am talking about.Say this to your local councillor and his/her reply will be, you dont understand.
