Well heres my contribution. If you walk into a court building you will have any sharp objects removed. However if your religious dress code states that you must wear a ceremonial (but very real)sword, you will not be asked to remove it! (I have seen this done).

On a slightly diverse matter, those who do not believe there has been a huge surge in immigrants either does not leave the house or looks out of their bottom. Not only is there a very noticeable increase in various foreign nationals, but they are visibly well off too.

They also in general are not very gracious to their hosts. They push you out of the way in queues, tread on you (and your children) without a word (an apology doesnt have to be in english as it is intelligible in any tongue)and they obviously talk about the locals in their own language,quite obviously not favourably.

I was in a queue in a shop in town today and there was what I think a polish couple in front of me. Like any young couple they were all over each other, but it got out of hand when she started to lick his neck and chest and he was attempting to put his hand down her jeans. People shuffled uncomfortably as this couple continued, talking in their own language.

No one seemed to want to say owt even tho there were young kids nearby, so I thought, sod it I will. I coughed loudly and pointed to the little uns, made a kiss and wagged my finger and shook my head. They understood perfectly well and understand the local sign language that is for sure, plus I got a load of what I assume were foreign swear words. This does not endear them to us does it? After all, they have chosen to live in OUR community.
