You mustn't believe all you hear about the ACT,particularly Canberra,especially from homesick pollies.I've lived here since 1967 and it was,and probably still is,a good place to bring up children,severe weather conditions are rare,it can get hot in summer considering our altitude.I acknowledge that the nearest beach is a two hour drive away,but sand and surf isn't everything,and while I do enjoy my occasional trips to the coast I'm just as happy driving out into bush. And neither would I wash my car with Hahn Light,my pension isn't big enough to waste money like that but my choice is determined to some extent my GP's advice.
