Hi Zoe, hopefully his owners have turned up by now, if not the only place I would suggest you take him is Bleakholt animal shelter.Its beautiful they have a website so you can check it,and they take good care of anything dropped into them, the dogs are walked in the countryside by volunteers , the place is animal heaven!
