It's a play on words SB. Many of us Wiganers 'drop our haitces'. House is often pronounced owse etc.

But, when some folk try to be posh ie putting on airs and graces, they put a haitch where there isn't one.

As with Irene's hegg butties.

In short, she's impersonating someone who is trying to be posh, but failing comically.
