hi, i live in ince, just of belle green n i think its ok,, it has got better in last couple of years,,there is the shop on belle green n there is a variety of shops on the main road..my 2 girls go to ince ce school n they are doing very well n they have never had any trouble,,buses run through ince very often, taking u straight to wigan,,hope this was some help to you n if u do move to ince i hope u enjoy it..tc
