xrh , Damp smelly clothes ,the last time I spent Christmas in the UK was 1997 . Everywhere I went , on the trains , the buses , shops , I encountered people with damp smelly clothes or maybe it was BO . In the pubs , in the Cinemas wherever I went . London , Manchester , Wigan , Burnley , York Harrogate , Oxford , Gloucester and Cheltenham . Clothes do tend to smell when wet and I noticed it . Things may have changed since then , but the damp , dark days and the freeezing cold did nothing for me . You are welcome to all the snow and fog and ice and of course rain does it ever stop .
