Thank you to ALL for your help, It seems the V1 bus from Leigh is the best option although Tommy tee's idea of a Bee Bus day out from Marus bridge might be a loooooong Day bus riding to me. No its nothing serious just a bit of routine eye treatment. I was considering driving there but my worry was parking and of course the congestion there and back So The V1 from Leigh to Manchester it is. I've cycled up and down that bus lane a few times
