I've just had another email from this company, which reads:

"I am writing to inform you that you may be due an additional tax refund of £3,629.00.

I am the Senior Auditor at Brooksdale that previously assisted you with your PPI Tax Claim. I have recently reviewed your file and believe you may be entitled to claim a refund for allowances relating to COVID, your employment, and your marital status.
