I just looked up the ingredients of Nescafe, and it contains 70% blends of coffee and 30% chicory. Yuk. Perhaps that's what gave me stomach ache, but I can't be sure.

NESCAFÉ Original Instant Coffee does not contain chicory. It is made from expertly roasted coffee beans and offers an unmistakable, full-flavored taste.

Mollie I think you are referring to Nescafe Sunrise that is produced in India. It is a blend of 70%/30%
