I have just received my love letter to say my sky broadband is going up from the 1st April I get a discount on my package but the rise is taken on what my package full price was then added on to my discount price . Sky have raised their prices by 6.7% if I had this added to what I pay then it would of gone up by £1.80 but they have based it on the full price and raised my price by £3.50 It is wrong that you take a contract out for a certain amount per month over a fixed time period but then get a rise in price every April
