Please let me know how you get on. I'll be the first to admit that I'm useless with anything financial, so any information you can give would be much appreciated.

Like most of us, if we get ripped off, we want to be compensated for it.

The last two cars I've had were paid for in cash, but previously (before 2021) I had a car on finance, so maybe I'll be entitled to a refund.
