Yes Tonker, I was also offered a refund over a week ago and sent them the claim email as requested, then a few days ago I was "given" a voucher without asking complete with voucher number. After further research on tinternet it seems that they have changed their stance this week and despite offering a refund I now have to claim it via this online bot. Problem is you can't get through. Others are also whinging about it.
Seems they are back tracking.
